Does anybody know if the ups number works when your sending the broken guiatr back? can you still track it the same way to see if it gets back to who its supposed to?

When you drop it off at a UPS store, they should have asked you if you wanted a tracking number. I got mine on my receipt.

nay... i jsut told em i wanted to ship it out at the up store, told em it was pre paid they just took it. no receipt no nothing in terms of numbers....maybe i should have asked more questions....

you should have asked for a receipt, or wrote down the tracking number on the preprinted label before you shipped it out. i doubt EA will try to scam you, but in case something happens it's kind of hard to get proof that you sent it out if you dont have your own tracking number.
