I once went to audition for a band and they were really good. They asked me if I could play any Nickelback songs and I said no i don't know anything by them. They thought I was crazy for not listening to them. That was when I knew that this band was not for me.

Nickelback is much worse. My friend is a scene kid and he likes Brokencyde, so I've gotten a little used to them, and I actually like one of their songs. Besides, Brokencyde is meant to be a joke. All of their songs make them sound extremely cocky and everything, it's all for comedic purposes. Nickelback, however, is just full of fail.

while I don't like brokencyde, I've only heard a couple of there songs and sorry I'm not gonna go listen to a bunch of there stuff just so I can make a fair decision, the 2 songs I heard cracked me up, I'm not sure if it was how bad they were or just there style in general. They kinda reminded me of MSI who are terrible but I like, but the humour in brokencyde isn't the lyrics, it's the band and the music. Just look at those guys. On the other hand I really do hate nickelback, I guess they aren't that bad really but constant airplay of every single they released has pushed me to hating them. Brokencyde is probably worse, but I hate nickelback more so I vote nickelback.

My niece got a happy meal tonight and guess what band is on the kidz bop cd...nickelback with there smash hit photograph, the only thing worse than that song is hearing a bunch of 5-8 year olds singing it.
