Something wrong with downloads?

360 problem

This morning I turned on rockband to play some songs, and when I picked a download, it took pretty much 30 seconds to let me pick my difficulty, then another 30 after I was done to actually start loading.

If I picked a disc song it was instant.

Now I tried clearing my hdd cache, but it didn't help much

Same problem here. I have almost all the DLC available and it take forever for anything not on the disc to load. Long pauses before the song sample loads up then a long pause after selecting difficulty. And getting into the Music Store is painfully slow as well. Clearing the cache didn't help. Deleting the rockband music store filed didn't help either.
