RB2: Redownloading cancelled download

Hey guys, the other day I was downloading some songs on RB2 on my PS3 and decided to put them in the background. Turns out they won't download in the background and I couldn't figure out why.

So I tried cancelling one download with the intent or redownloading it. However, when I go to redownload it, it says the download is not available at this time. What does this mean. I know it's not my network cause I've tried over the span of many weeks and have been able to download songs successfully inbetween. So how can I redownload my song?

You should be able to download from the PSN store, icon in the upper right corner called View Downloads. Sounds like the store is having some issues though.

Keep checking back and at some point it will be available again.
