When you add stuff onto the game (adding new bands, creating new characters, adding FC's), does that make the game space require more blocks?

I know DLC takes up more blocks, but what about the things listen above?

My Rock Band 2's memory is up to 57 blocks as of right now.

No, those things don't affect file size. Only downloaded songs.

Isn't a Wii "block" around 128kb? Would imagine RB2 Save Data (not the 1-2 block "DLC Save Data" stuff whihc I assume contains only data on which tracks you have purchased). Save Data like what you mention would have to seriously accumulate before adding another block.
