It's easily by far the best song in GH 3. There's no master available so of course it'd be a cover. I think I'd have to wait to see the chart/hear the cover before I could decide if it would be something I'd DL.

Why do people always say "even tho it was already in GH 2,3" whatever all the time? Does guitar hero give you the ability to also play the drums or microphone. No. So it would be all new experiences with the songs that have been in the GH series already. That being said, yea I think Cult of Personality should be in the game.
