ScrewAttack (http://screwattack.com) will be hosting their very first convention in Dallas, TX from July 3rd to 5th.
In this convention, there will be two Rock Band activities:
July 3, 9:30 PM - 11:30 PM (CST) - Free Quickplay
Hang out and play some Rock Band at your own free will. Find some friends or even your bandmates that you ran into when playing online with them, find some new players and round up a new band for your future world touring together, or rally up for Saturday night's competition. 100% free. 100% AWESOME.
July 4, 10 PM (CST) - Battle of the Bands Competition
Are you ready....to ROCK! Think you've got that it takes to be the ultimate gaming rockstar? Find some band mates and enter to win something really awesome in ScrewAttack's first annual BATTLE OF THE ROCK BANDS COMPETITION! [/reverb]
Register (http://www.sgconvention.com/register.php?ref=Oddbrother) for an account and then purchase a badge if you want to attend these, or any other activities hosted on the convention's schedule (http://www.sgconvention.com/activities.php).
Pre-registration (until June 19th) costs $40 for the entire event.
On-site registration will then cost $50 for the entire event, or $20 per day.
