I don't know if it's the right place but I want to know if you can play 1 LIVE Gold account and a Guest on the same console and play with 2 other random person on LIVE.

Yes.

You can have 1 local 3 live, 2 local 2 live, 3 local 1 live, or 4 local.

The only known limitation is that if you have guest accounts enabled then voice communication is disabled.
