Ok, so, basically, my red pad had a bubble. So me and my dad, decided to rip it off and peel the pad off. And heres what we found:

As you can see, the pad can be peeled off of the rest of the drum head. And has a sort of velcro-ish pattern.

My dad, after some observations, realized its just a microphone that senses the hits.(Atleast thats what we think.)

So, after more observations, we learned that we might just be able to use spray adhesive from the hardware store. So we ran quick and picked some of it up.

We then grabbed a shot glass, (Pot Leaf to be exact xD) and two encyclopedias. Then, we glued the pad to the other part of the head, flipped it upside down, put the shot glass around the microphone and then placed the encyclopedias on top. Make sure that you refer to your adhesive's directions as different adhesives need different applications and times to dry.

And, practically good as new, you have a fix'd red pad. We then bought the official Harmonix Rockband Drum Skins from this website:

It didn't take long, so it shouldn't take you long either.

So, just pop off the red pad, remove it from the drum set, un-screw the ring, peel the pad off of the head, apply your adhesive, apply the pressure, and finally, put the pad back on and apply the drum skins.
