I am not sure how it works on the PS3 when I own an Xbox, but from what I understand, it's not through the game interface... you use the PS store through your dashboard/user interface.

I'm sure one of the more enlightened PS3 owners can offer a bit more on specifics.

In the XMB (our dashboard) go to the PSN icon and go to PlayStation store. The newest stuff should be on the front page. For songs from previous weeks browse to Add-On content by game. Should be a tab for Games and then Add-On Content icon.

They should really add it into the game menus because I had a hard time finding it on the 360 as well.

Go to playstation store from your XMB crossbar. Go to games and then game add-ons. You can't miss it.
