Wow, ranked Idea, wouldn't this be amazing.

I was just thinking, and who know's maybe someone has already posted this Idea. I dunno, there's sooo many posts here daily I can't read it all.
Anyway's.

What if there was a ranked BAND option. As in, get together with 4 Friends online and get matched against 4 others, all be forced to the same difficulty. Have Easy/Medium/Hard/Expert rooms to join.

And the game already tracks your scores while playing online at that moment. So you'd simply play at the same time another band was playing the same song, and it awarded the band with the higher score a "Win"

This would seem like the most addictive way to play this with friends online. Everyone seems to love playing ranked games.

Just an Idea I thought would kick major ass.

Other games have done the "Play at the same time for score" While not actually "Seeing" eachother play. It just compared the scores at the end.

Wow, Rockband with Matchmaking like Halo or COD4, 4 man teams facing off. lol
Just seems like the ultimate mode to me.

That would be fun but not if you get paired with a group of really bad players and it screws up your ranking that way, but if you're able to invite your friends or have your band up against another random band all on the same level it would rock.

And it'd be better if it wasn't just one song but each band got to choose a song to play and it was like the best out of 5 or something.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, You'd be able to invite your friends into your band, maybe pick up a player or two to fill out the 4 slots. Then you'd match up against another band.

And if it let you play a couple songs back to back that would be badass.
Like maybe you pick one, they pick one, then a random for the 3rd.
Or you pick 2, they pick 2, then the 5th is random, etc.

Just seems like a really cool way to do it.
Kinda like quick play, but against another band, even if it wasn't ranked, simply to go against another band.

That would be most amazing. A real battle of the bands mode.
