When I check the status of my replacement online it says 'Parts Shipped', however if I look at the UPS tracking information it just says 'Billing Received'. Does anybody know if this means that my replacement has actually been shipped?

That means that it's boxed up and labeled and ready to go at EA's warehouse, but UPS hasn't actually picked it up yet.

Does anybody have any idea how long it will take for them to ship the replacement out? It's said billing info received since Tuesday.

it does not mean its boxed up and labelled. It means that they sent an order to their ups program which sent that order to ups. It can mean that it is boxed but not necessarily. Your best bet is to check support.ea.com under my questions to get your status. My tracking number didnt even display info because it shipped in one night, not 2. When I checked at night, it didnt say anything and in the morning it said delivered.

Perhaps you missed the part where he said he DID check EA's site and it already says 'Parts Shipped'...
