I have pain in my lower chest area....

And believe me, I've tried looking this up. But nothing I've came across has helped.

It's not my stomach, but it's to the lower-left of it. It's hurt ever since Friday when I went to town to get some stuff.
It's No organ, and it's not the appendix (like i was thinking earlier).

I don't know. It doesn't hurt when i'm sitting down, but whenever i stand up and move, or more my stomach, it starts to hurt.

Any ideas?

seriously though. to the OP. if you are under 18 (and it sounds like you are) you are probably still under your parent's insurance. go to a damn doctor. If you aren't, or for some reason you aren't under an insurance, still go to the damn doctor. No one on a rock band forum is going to have sound medical advice.

While my medical degree i got online is cool, it doesn't actually mean i know anything. Also, i CAN tell you it is not LUPUS (thanks House!)

If you rack up medical bills, tough. My father is an ex-navy seal and at 50, still does 500 sit-ups a day and could kick my ass (and i'm a big dude). Yet he was floored by a ulcer in his stomach that ruptured because he didn't go to the doctor to take care of it when he first noticed it YEARS ago. He almost died trying to avoid the hospital because he had no insurance. Finally he collapsed on the ground and couldn't get up. a 911 call later and he was in the hospital whether he wanted to or not. His stomach contents were slushing around in his abdomen trying to digest his organs. He was in the most excruciating pain he's ever felt (this from a guy who has been stabbed, shot, and hit by a car). They cut his stomach open, stitched him up, and hospitalized him for over a week. He now has $20k + hospital bills.

TL/DR version: the point of the story is $20k in hospital bills is still > dead.

Are you experiencing any other symptoms? (Sweating, pain radiating up the left arm, nausea etc...)

It sounds minor but chest pain should always be looked into, no matter what.
