I was on the phone with customer support for the 6th time. And here is some new info so if you RMA'ed around 11/20 or therein and still have not gotten your item - MAKE SURE you never responded to the RMA via the REQUEST system. It leaves it locked in a PENDING QUEUE and you will not get an item shipped out. YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE A NEW RMA ISSUED> I was just talking with a a supervisor. This has happened to a few people



PLEASE IF THIS IS YOU MAKE SURE TO CALL AND GET A NEW RMA ISSUED IMMEDIATELY YOUR ITEM STATUS WILL STAY ON BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED AND YOU WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IN THE QUEUE CORRECTLY!!!

Wow, thanks for that info.

It seems pretty stupid that I need insider information in order to get my RMA fulfilled, but if that's what it takes, I'll give them a call.

Im going to bump this because I still see some people that may be in the same situation and may not know because tech support didn't tell them this.

This happened to me...I had to get a new RMA late last week, and UPS shows my part is in my hometown...delivering today? I hope/...about ****ing time

this happened to me too. i talked to someone on the phone today and they took care of it right there and then(i got an e-mail with my ups tracking number in about 3 minutes)

This happened to me as well, though they never explained it as such on the phone. Once my new RMAs were issued, everything went through just fine.

One other thing I'll add to this is that when I spoke w/ nighttime support, they couldn't even see the original requests. I don't know if that's a system failure, or perhaps they weren't looking in the pending queue.

I had finished speaking to the customer support last night, situation had happened to me. Just as long as people are willing to call and be patient, they'll help tie things up on their end. :) I received an e-mail saying that they're fixing up the problem now. Peachy keen <3

this happened to me. They just cancelled my rma after it sat there for so long

My new guitar arrives tonight according to ups tracking :)
