cant use my band name

i made a band calld "system of a duck" and it had no problem with the name, a few days ago i had to format the ps3 and my game saves were lost, now im trying to open the band agine with a diffrent charecter and the game tells me the name was alredy taken when i checkd the leader boards i saw that it was the same band i started in the past.
i want that name pleas help
