Is it possible to plug in my Roland drums into a rock band module?

(Roland TD-3 Drums) ---> (ION Module) ---> (X-Box 360)

I want to be able to use my drums with Rockband,
but i dont want to buy anything until i know for sure.

My drumset has CY-8 cymbals, PD-8 trigger pads (toms),
PDX-8 trigger pad (snare), and a hi-hat i dont know the model name.

If you do not know, then can you please point me in the
right direction?

Thank you!

Yes you absolutely can. Everything that comes with the TD-3 works perfectly with the Ion module EXCEPT for the following:

1) The CY-8 cymbal has problems registering Edge hits with the Ion module. Use it as a ride cymbal (blue) and you shouldn't have any problems since you should be hitting that on the Bow anyway.

2) The KD-8 kick pad will not work at all with the Ion module unless you add in a Kickbox to translate the signal:

Thanks!!

...but is there an easier way to make the kick work?
I don't want to spend another $65.00 just for the kick pedal =(

The only other way would be to build the kickbox yourself instead of buying a pre-made one. If you're handy with electronics, the schematics have been posted on the forums before, search around a bit for them.

Good thing that i am taking electronics class this semester!
