Well I broke down and bought GHIII

I feel so much worse today than yesterday (Damn you Tom Morello Boss Fights) all because I anticipated a patch. Pre-emptive purchase for the loss :-(

I made myself play GHIII for an hour yesterday. I hated every minute of it.

I kinda miss playing some of the songs in GH3, and I never felt like it was an inferior product... but then again, I only play on medium so I'm probably missing a lot of the nuances. I am working on hard... I just have a hellish time moving my fingers around to accomodate that 5th button.

[edit] Except the boss battle.... the boss battles suck. Hard. The game is worse because of them.

I bought it Wednesday. Still haven't opened the software, was hoping for the patch so I could have all 4 players for when my friends gather this evening. Guess time will tell!

Pffft both games suck equally if you ask me

Guitar hero 3 has RB beat for guitar gameplay

Rock band has singing and drums

99% of the songs in the games drums are a really ****ty beat that isn't even fun to play

And if I want to sing I don't need a video game to do it

I think you should all feel equally ripped off by both

The poor guy does not know how to have fun...

I was playing GH3 and GH2... the other day... I like the song list on GH2 better though.. The song list on RB kinda sucks compaired to both.. But RB is much more fun with a group!!!
