Playing my Rock Band 2 game and DLC on brother's Wii console

Greetings -- I'm trying to find answers to a couple of seemingly simple questions...

My brother is receiving a Nintendo Wii console this weekend as a gift, and we'd like to bring up our Rock Band 2 game to play on his machine with him this holiday weekend.

1) Will our Rock Band 2 for Wii disc play on his console?
2) If we bring our SD card of Rock Band Wii DLC with us, will it work on his console?
3) Is any or all of this impacted if he doesn't have an internet connection at his place? (it's a vacation place, not regular home)

Your game will play on his Wii, no problem. Your DLC will NOT. The DLC is locked to your console's id #. I usually just bring my console over to a friend's house. They also have a Wii, so we just connect my console to his cables and TV. That way we can use my DLC and such at their house for some weekend fun.
