Does GH3 guitar on xobx 360 work with Rock Band?

Hey, I want to get another guitar so we can play 4 player, just wondering if anyone has gotten the guitar hero 3 bundle, and if the guitar works for Rock Band on the X box 360 version, thanks!

The Xbox 360 Guitar Hero III Les Paul does in fact work with the Xbox 360 version of Rock Band.

Yes, it works and it actually works well. You just miss the solo buttons and the overdrive noise selector thingy.

I agree. Functionally it is 100 times better than the guitar RB ships with although as stated does not have the selector switch or solo frets. Given the problems with the hardware that came with RB those of us with the GHIII Les Paul controller can at least play the game while we ship broken RB guitars back and forth to Harmonix... :rolleyes:
