Quick question on equipment

there is 2 little plug wires maybe 3 inches in lenght 1 end looks like standard jack , the other end looks like a little circle, both wires came with some kind of clip ?, could someone explain what they are and how to hook them up . 2 of them came in bundle pack I have no idea what there for

I think its a converter to plug the XBox headset into to connect it to the drums or something. There should be a piece of paper that came inside the plastic bag that the cable was in.
