Holy crap. I don't think i've ever been so pissed off about a video game.
I called my EB Games just to check up on exact when the game is coming in(since there were reports of it coming out on the 28th.) He tells me the date is still the 20th, price is still 169.99. He tells me it's going to be really hard to come by. I tell him i have a pre-order, and actually pre-ordered back in July. I asked him where i am on the list just to be sure since he figured they'd only be getting 4 or 5 in.
"It says here you only pre-ordered the game, and not the bundle"
what!? I remember being in store and clearly saying i want Rock Band, with the guitar,mic, and drums(special edition). He said it's impossible to put me at the front even though i did order it first. He seemed very sympathetic and was a good guy about it, he said he would talk to his manager about the whole situation as he feels it was also unfair.
I can't believe this. I think i'm going to have to go 45-1hour away to a bigger town and wait outside the store for rock band at 4 or 5am. What a freaking drag :(.
I'm just happy i called ahead, and i didn't show up there on the 20th all excited to get the COMPLETE game and be shafted.

I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in Canada, i suggest doublechecking your ebgames that you ordered at if you ordered it early in July like myself.
