I know this is probably going to be a dumb question, but here goes is there anyone out there that can provide me with some assistance as to how I can go about getting a new drum pedal for my drums when I was using it today the bottom part snapped on me now I do not push it very hard it just snapped while I was playing. Is this a piece I can purchase from a retail store, or is this something I have to speak with support about any help would be greatly appreciated. I currently have it taped together until I can get a replacement. thanks in advance
