... (well almost everyone) ...a bit less 'angry' when there is communication happening on the part of Hmxsean and Eaxviolet on the forums? Not sure if anyone else noticed this in the past day or so but there are people this close (---> <--) to threatening lawsuits suddenly becoming the nicest people on the planet once a reply comes from one of these two people.
Honestly I think that's all alot of people wanted in the first place - communication. Yeah it sucks that their <insert instrument name(s) here> is/are broken and it sucks that some people seem to be getting their replacement faster than others but a quick note from someone 'official' does go a long way.
Keep up the good work Violet and Sean. I know we aren't the happiest crowd to have to deal with (and yes, I know I'm in that crowd as well).
