Fisrt of all, Hi everyone ! I'm new here, hope I'll find some answers and hope I'll be able to help some of you too !
Here's my problem :
I own RB and RB2 since like forever... I downloaded many songs on Xbox live.
My girlfriend, who lives with me and uses my Xbox, downloaded some songs too, but with her gamertag, which is different from mine.
Everything was ok, we were both able to play any song whatever gamertag was connected.
Recently, I changed my Xbox to an Elite model, I used the data transfer kit so I could move all my data to my new Hard drive.
Every song my girlfriend or I downloaded is now present in the RB2 songs-list. But I was unable to play ANY downloaded song...
I heard that I had to go on Xbox live and download them again, and that's what I did.
Now I am able to play the songs I downloaded with my gamertag, and my girlfriend is able to use her songs...
But I can't play with her songs, and she can't play with mine !
How can we do ?

You either need to be signed in with both gamertags at the same time, or connected to the internet. You may also need to transfer the licenses, but redownloading them should've already done that, just not officially.

Redownloading songs does NOT transfer the licenses to the new Xbox.
Romency, go here and transfer the licenses for your DLC to the new Xbox:

Yeah, I wasn't sure myself, only because the OP said it seemed to fix it.
