Ordered express shipment method. waited 5 days and came with just a box and no guitar. what should i do.

Maybe that's the box you send your other one back with...either that or the shippers are idiots.

I think the shippers are idiots because i specifically selected the express method. They better not charge me.

If you'd like to PM me with your RMA number I can check on it for you. From what you describe, it looks like one of our support team members will have to get that straightened out so you can get your replacement quickly (and via the express method you chose).

Unfortunately retinchet, the same exact thing happened to me. After waiting two weeks, I finally got my package from ups today, and they sent me an empty box. I called and they had screwed my rma up again. Back of the line for me (for the third time)
