Billion Dollar Babies possible glitch? (X360)

Okay, so i downloaded Billion Dollar Babies today, and I've played it twice so far. I noticed that both times at the Big Rock Ending, I've hit the "after-notes" perfectly, but both times, it's said that i missed them, because the possible BRE score disappears into dust. Any input?

I'm on the PS3 and I have had this happen 4 times already. It seems to happen randomly, too, as sometimes I'll hit it with no problem, but once in a while it won't give me the points, as if I didn't hit the ending.
