I received my empty box to send my faulty guitar in. Can I schedule a pick up on UPS.com for them to pick up my faulty guitar in EA's box, or do I have to go to the nearest UPS drop off myself?

I'm not sure if you can schedule a pickup, I delivered for UPS Christmas before last (2 years ago) and I think I recall customers were charged for that. But if I was dropping off a package to a customer who had an RS delivery, then I could take that no charge, no problem.

Otherwise, I'd just say take it to a UPS Store...

I hope my memory serves me correctly.
