Game Freeze Issue

I just got my copy of Rock Band for PS3 and have already experienced the faulty guitar issue as well as a dead red drum pad. Now, to add injury to insult, any time I try to exit a song, complete a song on tour mode, or attempt to do a group tour, the game freezes. The only thing I can do at this point is turn the system off and yell at the TV, and that's no fun. Has anyone else experienced this issue as well?

Me too. After I complete a song set like in Berlin, just circles aroud the crowd untill I error. Then I have to shut off.
