Do you ever tell your friends that you post on here, or do you ever make comments about the forums to your friends in real life?

I've mentioned to some people how this is the only online forum I post at regularly anymore. A huge change from five years ago, when there were around 20 I was active on.

I think I told my brother once that there's an rockband.com with a forum But the forum don't interest him. He plays RB sometimes though.

I call them idiots for going on there. The people on there are much dumber than the people on here. And we have some stupid moments.

It comes up, since they all play Rock Band, but they seem content to allow me to be their source of Rock Band related news. They've got accounts, but don't post.

a good part of my friends know, those close to me have mocked me a few times lol. well..it was my ex. he would sit there and go FORUMS AGAIN? night after night, since our computers were right next to each other. and any friends who I found out had a PS3 / 360 / Wii, I'd immediately inquire about rock band and if they said yes, I'd bug them to join the forums. I think I got two people to join, but neither of them post a lot. And I met some dude at a concert who goes on here, but he doesn't hang out in general. by this point though 90 percent of people I talk to are aware of my forum-ing, since they go ''HEY WHOS THAT IN YOUR FACEBOOK PICTURES?!'' and im like yeah um.. I met.. them..on...WAYDRN..

Not really. I play Rock Band about 3 hours a day and if I told my friends I was on the forums also they'd think I'm completely obsessed (which I kinda am :p)

Most of my friends (and my fiancee) have seen me go on here at one time or another. I'm also kind of known for hopping on here with my phone on Fridays (even during classes) to check the next week's DLC offerings :)

I talk to my gf about them most of the time, she has an account her too, though she rarely posts. My other friends, only very rarely when something is particularly luls-worthy

Sarah knows that I spend a lot of time on here and sometimes asks about the folks that I mention repeatedly (like Brobot and Riley).

I've mentioned the forums a few times to other friends, but mostly just for news. I don't think they'd get any of our jokes :D
