How do you download songs for Rock Band 2 for the PS3?

Hey I was just wondering how do you download songs for rock band 2 for the PS3? Also when you get a song how do you play it once you download it? Would it be on your game already when you want to play it?

Do you have a PSN account?
Have you signed in under said account?
Have you noticed there is a store located under the Playstation Network icon on the XMB?
Enter said store.
Go Down to Add-ons.
Select Disc based games.
Find Rock Band.
Put what you want in your cart.
Buy.
Now download stuff.
Exit store.
Go to game icon on XMB and install DLC.
Turn on Rock Band and RAWK!!!!!!!!!!!!
