guitar issues

okay so far they did not pack the microphone in the box and now the guitar is having issues. here is whats going on. the guitar just shuts off so i have to turn it off and back on. this works but this problem happens alot. i tried new batteries and same effect. any ideas what i should do? i did pay alot for this game package and being 3 days old i should NOT be having this problem.

ah, someone with the same problem....

i made a thread about 2 weeks ago when it first started happening to me. I'm realizing i'm not alone in this as i've found at least 3 other threads with the same problem...all ps3 guitars. I also have a ps3....
This sucks bananans.....

the only response i got to my thread was that it could be a faulty signal...
Guess i'm just gonna have to order a replacement....
