Here are some songs I personally would love to see as DLC for 'Rock Band'. First I'm going to list some 3-packs that would be cool too see, then I'll list some singles.

A beautiful three pack for Cash would be:
"Ring Of Fire"
"Man In Black"
"God's Gonna Cut You Down"

AC/DC three pack:
"Shoot To Thrill"
"Thunderstruck"
"T.N.T."

Nine Inch Nails three pack:
"Head Like A Hole"
"Wish"
"The Wretched"

A Perfect Circle three pack:
"Judith"
"The Noose"
"Passive"

Social Distortion three pack:
"Sick Boys"
"Untitled"
"Ring Of Fire" (if they don't use Cash's)

The Rolling Stone three pack:
"Paint It Black" (yeah, it's already in GH3, but it would be nice to play as a band)
"Sympathy For The Devil"
"Time Is On My Side"

Creedence Clearwater Revival three pack:
"Bad Moon Rising"
"Run Through The Jungle"
"Born On The Bayou"

Aerosmith three pack:
"Sweet Emotion"
"Dream On"
"Livin' On The Edge

Filter three pack:
"Hey Man, Nice Shot"
"The Best Things"
"Take My Picture"

Alice In Chains three pack:
"Man In The Box"
"Rooster"

Billy Idol three pack:
"Dancing With Myself"
"Rebel Yell"
"White Wedding"

Butthole Surfers three pack:
"Pepper"
"The Shame of Life"
"Who Was In My Room Last Night"

Depeche Mode three pack:
"Personal Jesus"
"Enjoy The Silence"
"It's No Good"

Van Halen three pack:
"Hot For Teacher"
"Ain't Talkin' About Love"
"Running With The Devil"

Jimi Hendrix three pack:
"Purple Haze"
"Foxy Lady"
"Hey Joe"

Twisted Sister three pack:
"Burn In Hell"
"We're Not Gonna Take It"
"I Wanna Rock"

Single songs:
Any of the mentioned songs would be awesome by themselves even if they didn't make a three pack. But as for singles it would be cool see the following. Not just because they are cool songs (for the most part) but because they would benefit to the majority, no matter if you are young, mid-life, or older. These are all songs most people have heard on the radio, from a friend, a family member, a movie, a TV show, or wherever.

"Wicked Game" - Chris Issak
"London Calling" - The Clash
"House Of The Rising Sun" - The Animals
"Lil' Red Riding Hood" - Sam The Sham
"Lookin' Down The Barrel Of A Gun" - The Beastie Boys
"I Believe In A Thing Called Love" - The Darkness
"Hotel California" - The Eagles
"Flagpole Sitta" - Harvey Danger
"Hate To Say I Told You So" - The Hives
"Long Cool Woman" - The Hollies
"Suicide Blonde" - INXS
"Pretend We're Dead" - L7
"Bound To The Floor" - Local H
"Take A Walk On The Wild Side" - Lou Reed
"Where Is My Mind" - The Pixies (although they would deserve a 3-pack as well)
"Blue Monday" - Orgy (or even the original by New Order)
"My Name Is Mud" - Primus (another that deserves a 3-pack)
"Goodbye Horses" - Q Lazzarus
"Don't You (Forget About Me)" - Simple Minds
"How Soon Is Now" - The Smiths (Or a 3-pack)
"Wild Thing" - Steppenwolf
"Down On The Street" - The Stooges
"Free Fallin'" - Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers (or a 3-pack)
"Summer Breeze" - Type O Negative
"Too Cold" - Vanilla Ice (that's right.. the rock version of "Ice Ice Baby".. I said it)

I could go on and on, but I think I'll end it with that last song... now I know the songs they pick for DLC are more than likely picked by 01. If they are able to get the permisson/rights and 02. if they are popular enough to bother with. Obviously they are not going to put songs up if only a select few are going to bother downloading them.

Does anyone agree with ANY of the songs that I personally would love to see in ROCK BAND?

Actually, you've got pretty good taste, though I don't think Type-O's Summer breeze would make it, as there are more licensing headaches with that.

Maybe Black No. 1 instead.

And I hate the Eagles, but that's more of a personal thing.

Personally, I'd love to get some Tom Waits, only because I can't sing worth a damn and that would suit me just fine.

hotel California-Eagles (I think almost everyone would download this song)
Rebel yell and White wedding are awesome! ( definite download)
Were not gonna take it-Twisted Sister
I believe in a thing called love
Dont you forget about me
Free fallin

A few I would like to see off the top of my head:

Cocaine-Eric Clapton
My Own Worst Enemy- Lit
I Wanna be Sedated- Ramones
Any hit song from Green Day
Santeria-Sublime
We Didn't Start the Fire- Billy Joel
Something actually good from Foreigner(not Jukebox Hero) like
I wanna Know what Love is
I Would Do Anything for Love-Meatloaf
Also Journey rocks( Open Arms, Dont Stop Believin, and The Final Countdown would be an awesome three song pack)
We Built This City- Starship
WHERE THE HELL IS Livin on a Prayer- Bon Jovi!!! Hello EA!! Everyone will download that song!!!!!! It will make you tons of money!!!

"Final Countdown" was by Europe...not Journey.

And to the OP, replace "Aint Talkin Bout Love" with "Panama" in that Van Halen pack, and that'd be an instant buy for me.

Whoa, let's not get crazy here. We need BOTH "Panama" and "Ain't Talkin' 'bout Love." There should be no replacement. "Ain't Talkin'.." is my favorite VH song, so I'd be pretty sad if it didn't make the cut.

"Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love"
"Panama"
and
"Running With The Devil" would be a great pack... but still need "Hot For Teacher".

I agree with pretty much all of the songs but I'd rather play The Perfect Drug over The Wretched (or even something from Year Zero like The Beginning of the End), and I'd switch out The Noose for The Outsider or Weak and Powerless. The Noose is one of my favorites but I don't know if I could really rock out to it.

Unlikely to happen but I'd really like to see some Dillinger Escape Plan and Tool.

The Dillinger Escape Plan Pack
Black Bubblegum
Unretrofied
Setting Fire to Sleeping Giants

I picked those tracks because they're vocally less straining than anything else they have.

Tool Pack
Vicarious
Lateralus
Stinkfist or Sober

Unlikely but I would be amazed if it happened.

Also, I think Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution has to be in Rock Band because it seems appropriate.
