I'd love to see some DK in Rock Band. The DK songs in the Guitar Hero are some of my favorites to play (Holiday in Cambodia and Police Truck).


So, with that... these are some of the songs I'd love to see in Rock Band:


- Holiday in Cambodia
- Police Truck
- Let's Lynch the Landlord
- California Uber Alles
- Anarchy for Sale



And probably one song that would never make it into the game (for obvious reasons): see sig for details. :D

As much as I'd love to see some DKs in RB, they would be forced into using cover versions and censoring most of the lyrics, which would kind of dilute the whole experience.

Pull My Strings


LOL... as much as I'd love to sing to that one, I think Pull My Strings has just as much of a chance to make it in the game as, say... MTV, Get Off the Air does. ;)

I don't mind covers, as long as they're done very well. The Black Sabbath songs in Rock Band are tastefully done, and the DK songs in Guitar Hero are also tastefully done. Who ever sings the DK songs mimics Jello's voice really well.

The sensorship sucks, but if it's between that, and not playing guitar to Holiday in Cambodia, I'd chose the censored version.



Besides, we all know that if we actually get the chance to sing some DK in Rock Band, that we're not going to sing the "censored" versions anyway. The real fans know the real words. ;)
