Small PS3 bug

I was going through menus on Rockband, and I noticed that there is a problem when you open the 'Manage Friends' menu while on the drumkit. The yellow and blue toms no longer move the user up and down. You can still use the control pad on the drumkit just fine though.

Puzzled with this, I went through it on my guitar to make sure that it was just that the menu didn't work with all of the specific instrument controllers. The guitar strum bar moved through the list in the normal fashion.

I noticed there were other times the drum pads stop working, and you have to use the d-pad on it, but I don't remember what they were. It's not a huge deal, to me anyway.

i don't have a ps3, but i'm guessing the manage friends feature you're talking about is similar to the friends list on an xbox 360 where it uses a feature built into the system. on the xbox, when you check your friends list, you have to use the d-pad because the blue and yellow drum heads correspond to the X and Y buttons on the controller. so on ps3, they probably correspond to the square and triangle buttons and so would not work for scrolling through system menus

another minor bug (i have the ps3 version, not to say it doesn't happen on x360), but there always seems to be one band member missing his facial skin (texture, color or something) on the loading screens between songs. I think i happens on just about every single one of them...

I just wish in online quickplay when you pick "invite friends" that the list that pops open would show only the friends currently online. Instead it shows all your friends, and I have to randomly guess who might be online to send an invite to. Or I could quit the game, see who's online, then turn it back on, but that's no fun.

I'm not sure if HMX can even fix this, so I may have to wait for Sony to add some in-game stuff like chat and messaging.
