Gutiar keeps losing its signal?

I have a wireless gutair stratocaster for the ps2 and when I play I turn it on and after a while it loses its signal but it still shows it has power so I know its not the batteries. Any suggestions how to fix this?:confused:
And sometimes it works and then when I get into a song and after like a few seconds the keys lock up on me.

Not to doubt your battery hypothesis, but have you tried fresh batteries? Try the simple, inexpensive things first.
