Edditing the band

Does anyone know how to edit the band. For example:
1. Add a member after you've created a band already.
2. Change bandmates styles (punk, gothic, metal, etc.)

2. The options from the character creation screen (physique, style, hometown) cannot be changed once you've made your character.

in "band lineup" you can only kick out or replace a band member. How add one?

anyone? and by the way, not to sound too repititve, but cmon. wats goin on with the patch. Even if you cant release it yet, atleast let us know whats the reason behind this madness.
