PS3 Guitar Wont Turn On

My PS3 guitar will not turn on at all. And yes i have tried changing the batteries held in the white button and the dongle button with no luck:(

Did you flip the switch on the back to the "ON" position ?

Yes it is on and i flipped it back and forth.

I had the same problem, the guitar just flat out stopped working. I ended up requesting a replacement. It wasn't too bad, only waited 2 weeks for it ...

hmm, i'm guessing our guitar is doing the same thing pretty much.
Except we can get our guitar to work for half a song--or a whole song if we're lucky--then it just goes off completely. The adapter light just blinks and the PS button goes off...It's really friggin' annoying...

so no other option but to get another guitar? :(
