Don't you guys think it'd be pretty awesome for the rock band people to include classics that aren't quite as typical as paint it black and songs like smoke on the water.

Neil Young
Arlo Guthrie (basic but it'd be cool)
Blackfoot

Bob Seger
Bruce Springsteen
Creedence Clearwater Revival

Also newer bands like Audioslave, temple of the dog, soundgarden, blind melon, beta band, the traveling wilburys would be pretty cool. So put in your input its always interesting to see what people think.

Umm... i agree that most of those are great and all, but a number them have already been in GH and the rest are classics. Why would you think they wouldn't make it in? I would be surprised if a few of those WERENT in, especially the ones that have already been in GH.

That said i'd like some Can myself. Now that will never happen.

When i titled it i didn't plan on including some of those, i was more thinking of Frank zappa, blackfoot, and the velvet underground, then i addd a lot of more poular acts. But i think we can agree the chances of zappa are pretty minimal

Unfortunately, the great classic rock songs from Guitar Hero probably won't be in it. What a shame. They have great vocals.

They should toss Free Bird back in there just because its awesome and one of the few old things i like. Plus its at the end of The Devils Rejects. Great song.

i also bet wont get any dire straits in the game, which would be quite the bastard considering id love to rock out to some sultans of swing

If there is one thing Rock Band needs it is a little Frank Zappa. I would love for him to be in the game, he has been what has been missing from the last guitar games.

I also think most of the other bands you listed should be in as well, Cream, Bowie(who is already in with Suffragette City), Creedence Clearwater Revival. Hopefully they all make it into the game, especially with DLC they might show up on that too.
