Greetings everyone. My name is Michael and I bought Rockband for my 7 year old son. He has fun on it but the issue is the bundle didnt have the drum pad peice in the box. It had everything else, the base and the drum sticks as well as the bass pedal.

I bought it from Walmart and I went back to ask them what to do and they informed me I had to go to ea support and that they could do nothing for me. I sent tech support an email 7 days ago and have not recieved any response. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck with no drums to play?

I am getting a little frustrated but trying to remain optimistic that there will be a satisfactory outcome. Please someone help me. 170 bucks isnt cheap lol.

call them, they were very helpful. I was missing my footpedal and drumsticks. They gave me second day air and tracking numbers on the spot.The number is 1-650-628-1001

yea theres an option when you call that says "If a part did not ship, press 1"

Yeah I am attempting to calm down from the other days experiance on the phone with them. I have dealt with there customer service before and never had a problem but I dont like being called a liar. I will likely attempt it again tomorrow when I am able to remain calm on the phone with them. I dont want to call pissed off and take it out on someone who had nothing to do with the way I was treated the other day.
