Guitar Hero II strumbar fix

I have tried googling for a fix but everything comes up as a whammy bar fix, and I need a fix for my strumbar. Can anyone link me to a good article?

I havent heard of any strumbar issues with a GH2 guitar

It just randomly strums when I'm not, my friend had the same problem. He just bought a new guitar though.

As for the GH2 guitar, depending on if its still covered under warranty, you might be able to exchange it for another one - otherwise you might be SOL, I know they did have issues initially with a few batches of GH2 guitars but those were fixed within the first couple months.
