It's acquired when you beat the Endless Setlist.

Beating it on Medium and Hard will change your instrument icons to silver and gold (I think). Similar to how your signature has a picture of a white one.

Beating it on Expert makes your character glow, when playing online. I think. I could be wrong.

It's what you get for finishing the Endless setlist available in Band World Tour mode after you work your way up to the Moscow venue, complete the hall of fame induction setlist, and have 600 stars under your belt. The Endless setlist is every song on the disc in a one marathon session of 58 songs, yes, including bonus songs.

You get the clear instruments for doing the Hall of Fame setlist, but don't worry, that's only 8 songs. 8 Not Easy Songs, but they had the mercy not to throw Green Grass & High Tides in there.

My band just finished the Endless Setlist. It was our second try after an accidental restart during song 53 of 58. It took 5 hours to complete. Wow!

You know what would be super and awesome, all at the same time?

If someone could post a breakdown of the number of fans and amount of money acquired from the endless setlist. And if there can be a verification of a glowing player.

Super and awesome. I'd call you "suwesome".

We gained 48K fans to get us to the 260K cap since we played it on medium. We did get a little over $32K for completing it though.

You, sir, are "suwesome".

Anyone have a number on fans that didn't cap? I think we might be able to tackle it if I'm on drums or bass (so I can save my guitarist during GG&HT since I would be on tambourine duty at that point... P.S. Boo to HMX for not letting me save someone because I'm shaking a tambourine...).

i finished the endless setlist with an entire band all playing expert, i was drumming, and im not sure exactly what it did for my character. My icon on screen (the drum icon) is like...a real bright silver kind of....but my character doesnt glow....is there anything else to look forward too ?

We just finished the endless setlist a few hours ago, unfortunately after we finished my ****tey xbox froze, and we didn't get paid the money that was onscreen when we finished. But I did get the unlock on my gamer points which is odd.
oh well, maybe we'll try again.

Roughly 25,000 to 28,000 dollars as I recall.

I did this today on expert/expert with no failures and got ZERO F'ing fans... Not that I care having more than 1 million, but geeze what a letdown.

Ouch, no fans? I think that's when I would have pulled an Axl Rose and just smashed the mic and walked off stage...

1. Don't bump dead threads. Make new ones if you need to ask.

2. Same as RB1, beat the endless setlist.

I know this post has had more lives than a monster in an Evil Dead movie, but franky i'm amazed no one's corrected/flamed this guy. It saddens me to think that my platinum icon's are looked on by others as silver, and thus less of an achievement than the guys who beat ESL on Hard.

I wish I got to glow for my Expert run through.

That would be pretty cool, but unfortunatly it's not true
