Where is the DLC thats on the list?

I saw the release list posted and it looks like there should be a bunch of songs available on xbox live marketplace... I only see the two packs (and there individual songs). New to marketplace, am I missing them are they not really available yet?

It sounds as if maybe you are looking in the "New Arrivals" section of Market Place.
Try looking under "Games" and the scrolling down to "Rock Band" and you should be able to see the rest of the DLC. Everything on the release list that is scheduled to be up is up.

Yeah, look in the Rock Band section, because there's 26 things to download there.
