I've got a new guitar. The strum has worked great so far, and I've had it for about a week. The old one lasted all of a few hours before falling apart. The only downside is the fret buttons are noisier, but it's a tradeoff I'm willing to make, if need be.

We recieved our guitar about 3 or so days ago, and it's been working great so far, the other one stopped working about a week or so after we had it...but yeah, the we got the replacement guitar, and it works fine.

Got my replacement 4 days after requesting for it. Looks new to me (no scratches or anything) and plays great so far. Had a couple of quality-check stickers on the back and the button seems a little "clicky-er" but that was th eonly real difference I could tell. I'm on my way out to get the BestBuy extended warranty on it just in case ;)
