Need help with DLC song !

Hi,
could somebody tell me how to get Rockband DLC song, I just connect to xbox live for the first time yesterday, I take Silver account ( do i need gold one ? ). I go to Xbox market place and I found Rockband title but the only DLC was pictures and wallpaper. I found the GH III DLC song in the same way but not Rockband song. Could someone tell me if I do something wrong or the DLC song been remove for some reason.

I want these song :(s

The easiest way to find the songs on Live is from the Marketplace tab go to game store, then, go to more, then go to played games. Rock Band should be one of the games listed. All the DLC shows up for me that way.

I just give it a try but same again I just got 2 packs ----> (1) Wallpaper theme packs and (2) picture pack. I dont have any song pack available ???

I live in Canada... please dont tell me pack are just for US :s

The DLC will be available in Canada when the game is released there.

I also live in Canada and am having the same problem I am only getting the 2 options for the wallpaper, no songs. Where do I find them????
