My Xbox Live account was hacked and deleted!!?

..I don't know where to start..:( my account was hacked into and deleted last night and my live account is completely gone for Windows live email and Xbox Live. i lost everything and my account isn't accessible at all. I called Xbox Live support but they offer NOTHING to help me.

Now..I created a new account since I am lost in where to begin to redo everything I had but the very first thing I did was put in Rock Band 2 which is my favorite game on the Xbox 360. I go to play some of my downloaded songs and I come to a warning message that states that it's unable to access data or something. I soon figure out that I can't play my downloaded songs from my HDD because I am not logged under my old gamertag- Miniviking10.

:( I bought so much DLC (160 or so songs) and also the Rock Band 1 songs were transferred. Im unable to access any of this because my old account is deleted. I don't know what to do but someone please help me because I really am going bonkers because I put so much time and money into this game that I don't want it to go all to waste.

If your gamertag is gone, time and money is all gone to waste. Sorry, no way around it.

If I was you, I'd contact Microsoft not Harmonix about the situation.

Unfortunately, only Microsoft can help. Licensed content works under two conditions:

1. On the console which holds the license (original console that downloaded unless the license was properly migrated), and/or
2. Under the gamertag that purchased the content.

why the HELL is it made this way?! why can't i play it with any gamertag because it's still on the same console and HDD!! Wtf...that is some BS. is it the same with all downloads on Xbox live or just with Rock band? and no, this is not the end of this if it's the case because i did nothing to deserve this and I will be demanding for refunds for the songs if I cannot play them online with my friends because that is MEGA bs that i can't play them.

Call Microsoft, this is their deal not HMX. Microsoft controls how the DLC is stored and played on their console. They have to transfer the license not HMX.

I appreciate your dilemma and would be frustrated as well, but I still don't see how RB has been disloyal to you (as you have implied). RB/HMX/EA had nothing to do with your live account being hacked, and they don't control the licensing system for any of the consoles.

And although it is not what you want to hear, you have to be patient with the investigations process. It's probably going to take a few weeks (possibly months) before they are able to ascertain what has happened and correct it.

if it's months, someone's gonna hear it, because that's inexcusable. The whole fact i can't even play my songs without being logged into XBL really really gets on my nerves to no end. that has nothing to do with the licensing process because i PAID for the songs, therefore, i should not be penalized with having my live account hacked into and deleted. that is BS

Why can'y you play your songs without being logged in? I don't understand. If they are on your harddrive why must you be signed in? Did you change xboxs and not switch the license? I'm perplexed?

im on same xbox...even when im not logged in, i still can't play the f-ing songs
