a quick question 20 free DLC

hey this is probs been said like a million times before (sorry it has i just could'nt find it)

i brought rockband 2 for XB360 from game, the chappy behind the counter says to be ''you could buy it new or we have a second hand copy thats cheaper'' so i think yeh why not save a few pennnies but then when i get home i find out about the 20 free songs (i naturally get excited) and then i find out that my code doesnt work :( its too late to take it back but i was just wondering is there anyway to get said DLC 'cause ive saved a fiver but missed out on a shedload more songs

The 20 free songs are only available to those purchasing the game new. Some places that sell used games do have a return policy, though, so you may be able to return the used game and purchase a new copy.

dam i already asked if i could bring it back fearing thats how it was going to be and they said i was too late :(

i think HMX should realise the 20tracks as a bundle for say 500MSpoints so that muppets like myself can still get them lol
