I still smoke as much as i used to and i don't really drink a lot less. But i did lose 22 lbs since the new year....hell ya. Now i'm ready for my UFC debut. I never did re-read the story of Agamemnon either.
Anyone else follow through? or did you just get lazy and let them fall to the wayside?

I didn't really make any this year. I knew I'd be busy preparing for my move and everything. Only resolution I made was to get better at Rock Band drums. I'm definitely better, as I couldn't really play any songs on expert last year. But I'm still not where I had hoped to be.

My only New Year's Resolution was to make New Year's Resolutions for next year. It has not been going well so far.

Make them on New Year's Eve this year and you will still be successful! Just make sure to do it before midnight. And remember, you can justify things to yourself after midnight by saying "well, it isn't midnight in this other place yet." But once the whole world has gotten past midnight... well, you're screwed then.

That's kind of funny...yesterday I was just wondering if we were going to see any threads about this because we're just about halfway through the year.
My resolution was to cut back on my Advil consumption, and I have. I went from taking three every morning to two only when I need it. I actually feel better now than I did when I was taking it daily, plus it's saving me tons of money.

So far, things don't look so good...

Well, I already got a CT given to me by Enosity.
So, there's one you can cross of your list!

I don't think you will finish by the end of this year, Apples. There's no way. Because someone will come along and make an account at the last minute just to mess with you.

True, but it's bittersweet because my mom isn't here. She would see the previews for this game and be blown away.
If it weren't for her (and my dad) I wouldn't be the Beatlemaniac that I am.

I used to get ridiculously stiff necks in the morning, but I bought better pillows at the end of last year so I haven't been getting them as often or to the same degree that they used to be. Advil used to be the only thing that would make them kind of go away, but the ones I get now go away by themselves once I've moved around a bit.

Advil doesn't help much for muscle pain though. Make someone rub your neck if it hurts. That's what I do. I decided that's one of my husband's official jobs in life. My back and shoulders hurt at least once a week because admittedly I have poor posture. I make him fix it. :D

what do you fix of his in return? My girlfriend also has a sore back that i have to fix about twice a week. She's an esthetician, so she's always leaning over at work.

I think Advil affects people differently...it works like a charm for just about everything I've taken it for, but my mother and brother both liken them to taking M&M's when they have headaches since it does absolutely nothing for them.
I used to take them on an empty stomach too...I was practically begging for an ulcer. I'm very happy I cut back on them!

Oh, it's fair at my house. I rub his knee/leg about once a day. One time when he was a kid he messed up his knee when playing. It gets stiff when he sits down for too long and when he gets up it makes him limp around for a while from the pain. It affects his leg from knee down too sometimes.

I didnt really make any new years resolutions but so far this year I've quit smoking (4 1/2 months quit so far), and I just started a "fitness bootcamp" to get some weight loss in - but I'm doing that as an alternate to medicine. I have a thyroid problem and i kinda refuse to take medicine for my whole life so I'll try the working out thing first.
So I guess even though I made no New Years Resolutions, I'm still doing a lot.

I stopped drinking those damn delicious Starbucks Frappucino things that we have at the office. Broke the resolution on Friday because we're getting rid of them for good, but I've only had that 1 since New Years.
I used to have 1 or more a day!

I'm afraid I didn't make a resolution, because I'm one of those annoying people that will lecture you about it being silly to resolve something on New Years when you could very well start any other day.

Harmonix had a Starbucks Frappucino maker in the office? HMX employees living large on DLC sales. Flaunt if ya got it.

I gave up High Fructose Corn Syrup, add that with more work in the hot sun and I've lost 50 pounds since January.
And yes other than the Coke that I mix with my Jack I have not strayed. Though everytime I smell a Pepsi or Dr. Pepper it's tempting.

It's not a maker. It's the type you can buy in almost any store. (http://www.cvcoffee.com/prod_images_blowup/Starbucks-Frapp-Bottles1.jpg)
