Need Help - Formatting a Transcend 4GB SD Card

I have a Transcend 133x 4GB SD card and tried to formatted using SDFormatter V2.0 but failed after using Quick and Full Format.

It states the card can not be read

Now I read some threads around the RB Forum and read that users are able to use it on the RB2 game. They provided information on how to use the card, but no information on how to format.

Is there anybody that can give me useful information on formatting this specific card?

I'm using Windows XP.

I've heard the formatter that you can download here works for most people...but for some reason, I can't get it to work.
