£179.99 for the special edition, the Gretsch and Rickenbacker are £84.99 each.

By doing a rough conversion (may not be precise) that's about $282 for the special edition and roughly $133 for the guitars...

Then again i only want the band set as i need a new drum set and i want the Hofner. But then, the US has always got things cheaper than UK (from my experiences anyway).

Still buying the game though.

Amazon and Tesco have the bundles for £174. Not sure why play.com hasn't lowered their price yet.

Most states here have a sales tax, yeah. In Jersey, it's 7%. Our economy is crap anyway.

Depends on the state. I'm in Washington. We have a 7.9% sales tax. When I pre-Ordered Beatles Rock Band and payed it off in full, it was 269 dollars. 20 dollars for tax. However... if you were to live on the border of Washington and Oregon... you could go down and pre-order it in Oregon and only spend 249.99 because they don't have a sales tax.

Same here changed mine from ASDA to HMV saving cash on it and getting the 3 free songs as well which i would not of got with the ASDA order.:rolleyes:

in New Zealand there is really only 1 place selling the limited edition pack at the moment at $359 NZ (around $242 US , £149 ) with free shipping which is pretty good pricings compared to US and UK prices.
