I was just curious if I am the only one with such bad luck. My guitar strum broke the day after launch and I still don't have a new one. The have lost the order, charged my card twice, and still not shipped it as far as I can tell. I sure hope this free game they are offering isn't a two year old madden. I didn't pay $160 to sit and wait. Anyone else still waiting?

Waiting on my THIRD replacement guitar........the ones they are sending out as replacements are as bad as the ones that came with the game originally

My RMA was submitted on November 24th. I still haven't had one single guitar shipped to me. I am in my third RMA without having one guitar shipped yet. Below is a thread I started telling what happened to me.

I had major issues with getting a replacement also which was ordered after launch day 21st to be exact, I got my replacement on Monday 12/3 and it's working just fine so far. Give EA support a call, they'll see whats up with your replacement.
